At CAMILLA AND MARC, we offer a seamless return process for items that are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Choose your preferred return method, whether it be a refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or an exchange for a different size.
Pack and Label
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your request within 5-7 business days.
